Excitement! Our new single "Cannibals" is out. Cannibals was the first song that existed between us — before the plans, before the recordings, before anything had a name. Now it becomes our first release of 2026. 

Built from cold new wave pulses and worn-out indie echoes, carried by a hypnotic rhythm and a heavy, driving bassline that keeps pulling everything forward. ⚡️

OUR STORY

Band of 4 is an Indie Rock band from Zurich, Switzerland, fed on a diet of New Wave, Post-Punk, Alternative Rock and Electro Pop. The band formed in 2023 from a collection of musically diverse, adventurous and skilled cosmopolitan musicians who all just couldn't get enough Kasabian, Muse, New Order and Arctic Monkeys. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses hard-hitting and groovy rhythms and sinuous, driving basslines with hook-heavy and expressive vocals and lyrical and atmospheric guitar licks. Adding a sprinkling of synths, their music will make you want to hook your brain up to the nervous system of a vibrant nocturnal metropolis. Looking back at 1000s of hours of experience playing music live in front of sizeable crowds, they are eager to play shows of any level. Currently, the band is working on a series of singles, to be released in bi-monthly intervals.

Our last single released in 2025 is “A Sense of Wonder” — a track that fuses driving disco grooves with indie-synth textures and a touch of that big, cinematic Muse energy.

We’re excited to share our new single “No sound” — the first glimpse into a new sonic direction for us. The track leans into a more electronic sound, blending atmospheric synths with raw emotion. A minimal arrangement, anchored by deep bass and spacy guitar lines, gives the song a sense of openness that lets its emotional weight come through in a subtle but powerful way. 🚀 


Sick and tired (2025)

“Sick and Tired” is the first single unleashing in 2025. It’s the very first creation in this ensemble, the spark that set everything in motion. The track weaves through haunting, post-rock-infused verses before bursting into a massive, hymnic chorus, carrying anthemic weight and raw emotion. Yarsha 

Lead singer, synths, distorted soul with a clean voice. Looked for a way out in the past with the band “The Dowsers” and published a solo project, “Abuse”.

Lukas

Hyperscale sound space creator by design, his guitar sounds are blended with analog delays and multiple spheric influences. Former lead guitarist of The Formers, playing at the New Years Celebration 2016 at the Brandenburger Gate in Germany and producing radio rotation songs, this new project finally reunites his guitar playing with groovy iconic bass lines, dancy beats and a unique voice as well as synth sounds.

Alessandro

Experienced drummer in live performance and music recording. Since he was 12 years old, he started playing drums in a band with his father, including live performances. By 15, he was forming and playing in many groups like “Hangover”, a Hard Rock progressive band where he spent seven years actively writing and performing live concerts in the area of Rome, and Elisèe, where he explored Indie Rock and Electronic music, co-writing and releasing the album “A Cosa Stai Pensando”, and playing live all along Italy.
